You’ll receive the signage you need to put in front of your home, professional listing photos, and an electronic lockbox from Guidance Real Estate Birmingham. We’ll also give you a list of comparable houses that have sold recently so you can determine a price. Once you choose a listing price, we’ll list it on the Multiple Listing Service so that it can be found by real estate agents and prospective buyers.

Market & Show

Once your home goes live on the MLS, you’ll handle marketing your home to prospective buyers. Showing requests from buyers agents will go directly to you via Showing Time.

Get Offers & Negotiate

Agents will send Guidance Real Estate Birmingham offers from their clients. We’ll pass these offers onto you, along with a seller’s net sheet. You’ll handle all offer negotiations and ensure you follow all the terms of the contract.

Close!

You will coordinate the closing process in the days leading up to Closing Day. Before you know it, your home will be SOLD!
